Prior to joining Intesa, Roxanne was an implementation specialist at ADP, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in implementing payroll systems and providing exceptional client service. This role equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of payroll software, compliance regulations, and best practices in payroll administration.
In December 2021, Roxanne was promoted to Payroll Manager due to her outstanding performance and leadership qualities. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Roxanne’s strategic approach to payroll management has led to streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys blending, contouring, and slaying the beauty game or planning her family’s next big and epic getaway.
