In the realm of payroll and welfare benefit plans, Hector boasts a comprehensive understanding. He is adept at managing 401k, 403b, and state pension plans, and excels in drafting SPDs, 5500s, policies and procedures, open enrollment processes, COBRA administration, and benefit design and analysis.
Education-wise, Hector holds a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Indiana University School of Law, a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Barry University. This role equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of payroll software, compliance regulations, and best practices in payroll administration.
In December 2021, Roxanne was promoted to Payroll Manager due to her outstanding performance and leadership qualities. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Roxanne’s strategic approach to payroll management has led to streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction.
